Nui
Ba Den Festival in Vietnam is one of the big festivals in the South of Vietnam
in Tay Ninh Province in Vietnam. Nui Ba Den Festival in Vietnam is taken place
on Nui Ba Den Mountain, 11 km from Tay Ninh Town in Vietnam. Nui Be Den
Mountain has an area of 24 squares Km and the height of 968 meters. Nui Ba Den
Mountain is the highest Mountain is the South of Vietnam and offers great view
of surrounding areas. There is a great complex of Dien Ba Pagodas with Trung
Thuong and Ha pagodas in Nui Ba Den Mountain. There are some caves in Nui Ba
Den Mountain and some of them are the places for praying at the moment.

a story about Miss Ly Thien Huong living in 18th century. She was a beautiful
woman and was forced to marry the man who she didn’t love and she committed
suicide to keep her virgin and morality. Every year, thousands of people coming
to Nui Ba Den Mountain to attend Nui Ba Den Festival in Vietnam as well as
enjoy the beautiful of Nui Ba Den Mountain.
Nui
Ba Den Festival in Vietnam is taken place on 15th January (Lunar calendar) and
this is the main day of Nui Ba Den Festival in Vietnam. After Tet holiday in
Vietnam, a lot of people from Saigon and other provinces in the South of
Vietnam coming to Nui Ba Den to pray for their lucks and enjoy the view of Nui
Ba Den Mountain.
Coming
to Nui Ba Den Festival in Vietnam, visitors have to walk and climb up to Ba Den
Mountain. Visitors can visit Linh Son Thanh Mau Pagoda in the middle of Nui Ba
Den Mountain to pray as well take a rest and enjoy the view. Visitors can enjoy
vegetarian food in this pagoda and donate some money but it is not compulsory.
Further up is the “God of Mountain” temple where visitors can enjoy wonderful
view of Dau Tieng Lake on the foot of Nui Ba Den Mountain. Dau Tieng Lake is
one of the irrigation lake but offering magnificent view for visitors. Every
year, thousands of people attend Nui Ba Den Festival in Vietnam to pay their
respect to great woman, Ba Den and pray for good luck, good health for their
families.
