Six Sense Hideaway Con Dao


Privacy, exclusivity, serenity and sustainability are four words describing the private residences offered at Six Sense Hideaway on Con Dao, Vietnam. Developed by Indochina Land, the development comprises 16 contemporary villas that combine the characteristics of the spectacular island with the ultimate luxury tropical lifestyle.

Taking up 13 hectares on 1km of beachfront on the pristine Dat Doc beach, the 5-star resort lies only 8km away Con Son airport and has a gross development value of USD30 million. Privacy and serenity is ensured with its idyllic location in the Con Dao archipelago which is also a Marine and National park located 45 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City.

Available for sale are 16 exclusive villas with three, four, and five bedroom configurations, each with an average land area of 2, 000 sq m and two separate infinity pools. Each villa also enjoys spectacular ocean views. The spacious villas have gross floor areas of between 5, 826 sq ft and 7, 213 sp ft, built on average plots of 21, 500 sq ft.

Here at Six Senses, villa owners will enjoy the full facilities of the resort comprising a Six Senses Spa, signature hotel, gourmet restaurants, and a health club and retail village. The Six Senses Spas have been awarded Best Spa Group 2004 by the readers of TTG Media Asia and received triple honors at the Spa Asia Crystal Awards in 2005.

These private residences are successful combinations of ultra-contemporary design and sustainability. The resort complies with Green Clobe 21 certification the benchmark of environmental travel and sustainability and maintains the highest standards throughout the development and operational phase.
Designed with the environment in mind, the villas are constructed entirely of Indochinese hardwood from managed forests and Con Dao granite, with the exception of aluminum window frames for safety reasons. The design concept also minimizes energy consumption.

The eco-friendly villas are designed by award winning architect, Reda Amalou from AW2, who also the Nam Hai which won the Travel and Leisure Design Award 2008: Best Resort in the World. Each villa comes with private massage pavilion, built in Bose sound system, Wi-fi, Electrolux home appliances, individual wine cellars, custom-made built-in kitchens, as well as indoor and outdoor garden bathrooms.
Priced at USD 1.7 million to USD2 million per villa, owners may place the villa in the rental pool programmed when not in residence whereby income from the villa rental will be collected by Sic Senses. The resort shall also guarantee an IRR of 5 percent per year for the first three years. Villa owners will also receive complimentary transfers in the resort’s private plane from the airport directly to Con Dao Island.
The Six Senses Hideaway at Con Dao feature 16 residential villas, 35 villa hotels two restaurants, a “market area” organized as a small village comprising six shops, one coffee shop and a tropical spa in its entirety.
